About the Role:
We are looking for a sharp, data-driven Warehouse Manager to oversee operations for a major telecommunications infrastructure project in Alaska. You’ll be the heartbeat of our local logistics, ensuring that equipment and materials move efficiently to support large-scale broadband deployment. This isn't just about moving boxes; we need someone who uses data to optimize workflows and can provide top-tier service to our external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping/receiving, and fleet coordination.
- Directly interface with external customers and partners to ensure project timelines are met.
- Execute technical workflows, specifically managing nodesplit logistics and equipment distribution.
- Maintain meticulous records and utilize data analytics to track KPIs and warehouse performance.
- Ensure the facility operates safely and stays organized in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in warehouse or logistics management, ideally within the telecommunications or utility sectors.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to use metrics to drive decisions and improve efficiency.
- Customer-Facing Skills: Comfortable and professional when dealing with external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with telecommunications deployment processes (experience with nodesplit is a major plus).
- Ability to work an 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM schedule, including Saturdays.
- Local to Alaska or willing to relocate for this on-site role.
