About the Role:
We are looking for a sharp, data-driven Warehouse Manager to oversee operations for a major telecommunications infrastructure project in Alaska. You’ll be the heartbeat of our local logistics, ensuring that equipment and materials move efficiently to support large-scale broadband deployment. This isn't just about moving boxes; we need someone who uses data to optimize workflows and can provide top-tier service to our external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping/receiving, and fleet coordination.
• Directly interface with external customers and partners to ensure project timelines are met.
• Execute technical workflows, specifically managing nodesplit logistics and equipment distribution.
• Maintain meticulous records and utilize data analytics to track KPIs and warehouse performance.
• Ensure the facility operates safely and stays organized in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in warehouse or logistics management, ideally within the telecommunications or utility sectors.
• Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to use metrics to drive decisions and improve efficiency.
• Customer-Facing Skills: Comfortable and professional when dealing with external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with telecommunications deployment processes (experience with nodesplit is a major plus).
• Ability to work an 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM schedule, including Saturdays.
• Local to Alaska or willing to relocate for this on-site role.
