Senior Project Manager 

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of our telecommunications network construction projects. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of outside plant projects, including fiber optic cable installation, both underground and aerial.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full scope of telecom construction projects, from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and adherence to budgets and regulatory requirements.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution.
Coordinate and oversee the work of cross-functional teams, including contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, safety standards, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare and present project status reports, updates, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and project delivery.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing telecom network construction projects, specifically involving outside plant fiber optic cable installation.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, best practices, and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera).
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
